I’ve gathered up some of my favroite active wear for yall. I’ve been trying to be better about sharing and posting on Instagram what I run in on a daily basis. But let's be serious, I do a lot more then just run in my active wear.

With the Houston weather constantly throwing curve balls I usually have leggings in the constant rotation. That being said, I have tried just about every kind of legging. I’ve have a few options that are reasonably priced and then I have some options that I know I spent a pretty penny on. They usually have to check a few boxes for me. Booty proof, we all know what this means. When we bend over.. Can the world see your world? NO? CHECK. In Houston its important that they pass the sweat test for me. If I’m going to do any true physical activity where sweat is involved, then this is a must. CHECK.

A sports bra.. Nothing goes with a good pair of leggings like a good sports bra. I’m not one for matchy matchy when it comes to anything really so I mix and match all the time. Here’s a few of my faves. As much as I love a good Lululemon, I have found more reasonably priced ones that I’ll link as well. When it comes to sizing I definitely have to size up in the Lululemon brand and the others are all true to size. Joy Lab by Target has really become a favorite brand of mine. And they really have stepped the game up as far as the sports bra at a good price goes.

Shoes on shoes on shoes… Clearly I have a brand favorite when it comes to the active wear shoe. The Adidas brand has just always done it for me. I typically shop in the mens shoe department when it comes to active shoes like sneakers, running shoes etc. I tend to gravitate towards the styles and colors of mens shoes more. For this reason I usually have to size down 1 but make sure to follow the sizing charts when it comes to shopping for the right shoe. I do venture out every now and then. But sometimes, if it ain’t broke y’all…
